Dr. Rick Bartlett is Director of Theological Education and Assistant Professor of Ministry at Tabor College in Wichita, Kansas. He received a D.Min from George Fox Theological Seminary, an M.Div from Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary, and a B.A. from Fresno Pacific University. In addition to his role as a professor, Rick has over 20 years of youth ministry experience. He has served as a dean of students, senior pastor, youth minister, camp director, and as a missions coordinator in the United States and in England. Rick teaches Leadership and Self-Deception and Youth Culture Shifts for YMI Midwest. He is co-author of "Consuming Youth: Leading Teens Through Consumer Culture," a required text for YMI students.
